I dont know whether or not you can use the Zen Vision with the Ipod Copy R, but what I do know is that the Creative Zen is going to be way better than the Ipod Video. Some reason for that are because you get more for the price, the Zen is gonna have way more features on it like FM Radio, and FM Radio recorder, and etc. All things that the ipod doesnt have, unless you go out and buy as an accessory. The best reason though is more space, compare a 30 Gb Video with a 30 Gb Zen Vision. You'll see that the Zen holds more music despite that they are the same size. Creative Zen ALL THE WAY!!!!!
Hope that Helps you Decide. : )

Okay...I've kinda already posted this-but it might help you out.
Ask yourself:
Do you want Mp3 that plays just songs?
Do you want an mp3 player that can play video?
Do you want an mp3 with FM radio?
Do you want an Mp3 player that can view photos easily?
Well, if you want radio, you can't really do that with an iPod since you have to buy something else in order to play FM radio.
If you want video, the only other choice you have is to use the iTunes to add the content-and it doesn't accept most video formats, unlike the Zen Vision M-who does let you have a variety of video formats. AND you can use the Zeb with almost every computer media player like Windows Media Player-and you don't have to rely on only one computer to add songs.
If you're getting an iPod, and you switch computers for some reason, all of your songs will have to be deleted in order for you to try to add another song or video on that different computer.
If you want an mp3 that can view photos easily and more compfortably, then the iPod doesn't suit that.
If you want a picture on your background, and you're easily bored with the plain white background, then the iPod would definitely not suit that.
If you want all of these things I just mentioned, then you should buy the Zen Vision M.
Now, if you're sticking with iPods and only want music on them, then buy the iPod...although it's a pain with iTunes and adding music and only being able to add music from one computer...
Another thing that you can't do on an iPod is customize a short-cut button. And the thing I like most is using your Zen as a removable disk-which basically reserves memory for putting other things onto it like you would a flash drive. Extra memory. You can use it to transfer files/music/video and other stuff from computer to computer.
You're talking about the iPod copy songs? No, you can't add them to the Zen. But there is a great solution to this. You can buy a blank CD/R disk and burn all of the songs onto there-therefore, removing the darn iTunes format and burning it into an Mp3 so that you can now freely play it in different media players.

Ipod video works great if you use other free software to put movies on it, like 3GP_converter.exe. Sound is not as good for music as normal Ipod, but for movies its good. Battery lasts a long time. Sometimes it freezes up, but not too often
