This morning I woke up and there was a wet "stain" on my left breast area...right where my nipple lies. Is this normal and what can I do to cover it so I don't leak on all my night shirts!!?

You're normal. Wear nursing pads in your bra to catch the leakage. I started that in the middle of a store and the sales person looked at my chest like I was crazy. I was so not expecting that!!

As we know all pregancies are different, but it is perfectly normal for you to lactose at 6 months. Once pregnant women start lactosing they often buy nursing pads, which are meant to soak up the breast milk. Unfortunately this means if you wish to stop your night shirts getting wet you will have to wear a bar with nursing pads to bed.
Good luck with your baby.
