Easy if this felt tip pen has not been baked on, Just pour a small amount of Rubbing Alcohol on a cloth and scrub until stain has lightened, when this happens just use some dishwashing detergent and water to wash off the Rubbing alcohol residue. Good Luck !

Try nail polish remover with acetone. Also, I've found that a little spray n wash you use in the laundry works like magic around the house. Try that with a little warm soapy water.

Window and glass cleaner will shift it. The alcohol based stuff has the IPA in that Mark J mentioned.

Spray it with WD-40 and then just wipe it off. You'd be amazed at the things it can clean up !

you could try toothpaste. Rub a little into the marks and rub very softly. Wash it off well. Or try cd cleaner.

you could try IPA (iso Propyl Alcohol) .. your chemist/pharmacist should be able to supply you. its a denatured form of ethanol/alcohol. often used in whiteboard cleaners
its less agressive and less toxic /flammable than acetone
