Easy if this felt tip pen has not been baked on, Just pour a small amount of Rubbing Alcohol on a cloth and scrub until stain has lightened, when this happens just use some dishwashing detergent and water to wash off the Rubbing alcohol residue. Good Luck !

Try nail polish remover with acetone. Also, I've found that a little spray n wash you use in the laundry works like magic around the house. Try that with a little warm soapy water.

you could try IPA (iso Propyl Alcohol) .. your chemist/pharmacist should be able to supply you. its a denatured form of ethanol/alcohol. often used in whiteboard cleaners

its less agressive and less toxic /flammable than acetone
