Try in Cebu, there are a lot of good schools there like: University of the Philippines (UP), University of San Carlos (USC). Or you could get yourself a private teacher.

In Manila try, Ateneo de Manila University, University of Sto. Tomas. There are many good English schools there too.

But before hiring a private tutor or teacher, check with Department of Education if the person or school is acredited.
