these ppl are sick and desreved to lock up for life on the first offense...any one agree?

they should be released to live next door to the judges children/grand kids.. that would solve part of the problem

Because the Justice system hasn't evolved with the crimes of the times. They also need to perpetuate their professions too! You know defense attorneys, physiologists, scientific studies etc.....
I fully agree that these people are seriously ill but I don't agree that they belong in prison or mental institutions. I believe they should all be "CASTRATED" and then sent to a place where they can't prey on anyone but others like themselves.

hey, a guy's gotta have a job. seriously, it's something (and I think chemical) in their brain. i've taken classes and seen videos where these people say "Yes, i'll do it again" and you can tell that they even have their next victim picked out. not all sex offenders are like this--some actually figure it out. but it is scarey that they can and will do it again.

The answer is Lawyers and the Do Gooders of the world who think they are human beings.....NOT.....
Murderers and sex offenders should have all of their rights taken away upon conviction, no parole and no second chances.

i agree you know that there is no way of knowing actually how many people that they have assaulted because not everyone is brave enough to come forward. i think that at the first offense we should casturate them and then send them to the pen with the meanest bad *** around jsut so they can know what it is like.
