today and I'm moving out? Due to a few thing he said(again!)I told him I was, but for some strange reason he is suddenly talking about getting a house..I don't think he believes me. Can I just move and let him figure out his own crap or am I bound in duty to help him understand?

I would just move. You told him and he has fair warning. If he is too thick skulled to figure this out then you need to paint him a picture by just doing it.

you can leave any time you want , only question i have is, is your name on the lease? if it is you need to go have it taken off then finish moving out, if you leave your name on the lease you are legally accountable for any and all damages, and money owed.
