you mean the guy who works throughout the year has to just take his salary and disappear. what if the management is not sincere in running the company, what if the conditions are inhuman, the worker has no say ? what if the wages are low ? what if he/she is not treated at par with the white collar ? looks like the world is moving toward treating a human like a machine, a commodity. these lackouts and bandhs are not happening as freqeuntly as before because both the management and the staff are seeing more eye to eye these days [i think] and the condition of the worker has improved quite a bit.

yeh if u see it economically and pratically it does sound stupid but that doesnt mean one has to just get supressed by the higher authority n let them slog us like dogs once a while a good shake is needed to wake them up and listen to our demands but that should be done in a clean way but unfortunately corruption has entered here too and its has runied the struggle for justice

IT IS THE FAULT OF THE PEOPLE-THEY ELECT THEIR REPRESENTATIVES-THE POLITICIANS REQUIRE VOTE BANK - SO EVEN ANY GENUINE NEED IS ATTENDED ONLY AFTER THE CONCERNED RAISE A HUE & CRY - TO DRAW THE ATTENTION OF THE GOVT. STRIKE IS THE ONLY WAY OUT -
