Are you recruiting them for an Agency, a specific job (photographic, fashion, promotional work) or as part of a sick fantasy that once they meet you they will fall madly in love with you and offer you sexual favours?

Assuming your intentions are genuine, you could try to poach them from other agencies or stand on a busy street or shopping centre and recruit people that you think have a great look (I do this for hair shows). It is probably easier if you are a female though (less pervy). Network with your friends to see if they can recommend people they know or put an add in your local paper to advertise a casting session and see who turns up.

idk...i think its one of those two double-edged questions...cause the exact same could be said from across the aisle by a model...whats the best way to get recruited...it seems like there is always someone looking to hire and someone that wants to get hired...but ya gotta find someone who is talented and someone who is willing to work hard and go the extra mile for the company...its a give and take world remember that much...good luck!
