I love antiques,and yesterday I think I found my best buy yet.I found a vintage pole ashtray for 1 dollar.Now out of all the ones I have seen before Ive never seen one like this.I would like to have an appraisal on it,or even just find out what time period it is from.If you would like to see it yourself I will be more than happy to post a link to a picture of it.If you have an idea where I can send a pic please let me know.THANKS!

Hey Jilliane,

There are certainly places to get estimates on antiques. You have to be careful that someone does not give you a low estimate, just so you will sell to them. But given you are wise to that, you should be able to use some of these sites.

you're sooooo at a loss for words, if your grandmother has the a lot waiting to sell then all of them have distinctive parcel numbers. the abode sits on one parcel that the appraiser appraised. A lender shouldn't lend you the money for 10 distinctive parcels and a house. they'll lend you 80% the appraised value on the lot with the abode, till you flow FHA after which you nevertheless prefer a down charge, no count what the valuables appraises for. The are actually not any 0 down loans to any extent further. additionally the appraiser can not talk the appraisal with you, consistent with FEDERAL regulation, and that is not substantial in case you paid for the appraisal, you do not own it and thats consistent with FEDERAL regulation.
