But remember this: only during the night sleep our body fully renews our cells.
No other time of the day or if we are awake.
If you want to remain pretty and healthy for a longer time choose to sleep at night.

The best time to sleep is before midnight every night. The earlier before midnight you get in the bed for sleep, the more quality sleep you get. And did you know that for every hour before midnight that you sleep, it's the equivalent to 2 hours??? So about 10pm is optimal. Most people can't get to bed at this time on a regular basis, so as a rule, its best to be in the bed before midnight.

You have to know, 11pm-2am is time when your skin naturally get refresh. If you're in deep sleep at this time, this will keep your natural beauty longer. Sleep about 15 minutes in noon (research said it's best to get quick refresh for your health), and 8 hrs at nite.

right after a big meal and you are pants are poppint and you have eaten too much of everything...but really thats not a healthy thing..but thats when i just go into a zone..for a short ime...lol
