using a beer bottle for the 1st time would that hurt?

I would refrain from inserting glass into your anus. Try something more conventional if you so desire.

It probably would hurt a bit.
You have to remember that that area of the body is used to things coming from the other direction(from inside to out) aside from an occasional rectal thermometer (if they still use them) or doctor's finger doing an exam.
When you decide to "go in the opposite direction" as it were, it will be a bit painful but after a while (varies with the person) the muscles etc will be used to it and will move the way you want.
As far as the beer bottle goes - as some have already stated - DON"T. Stick with solid objects that won't break. And use lots of lubricant.

Beer bottles would be an extremely bad idea. Beside the Glass issue there is also the vacuum caused by an open container of that sort which can pull the intestinal wall inside and cause ruptures and contusions(not to mention the possibility of it getting stuck).

ouch - try something that will not possibly break. Have you tried a finger? It will hurt the first time anything is shoved up your *** but after your muscles relax you will begin feeling the pleasure. Please try something else that is not so dangerous! Finger- Zuchinni- screwdriver handle- broom handle - just make sure you lube it up really good and take it slow. Have fun!
