they go forward inthe spring (spring forward) and back in the fall.( autumn, fall back) helps me to remmember .good luck.

Depends where you live...in Ontario we did it 2 weeks ago. It's not dark until almost 8 now! It's awesome! And don't worry I adjusted to the time change really quickly =P

GW decided it'd be cool to do it early...and put them back later...so it was last weekend (or the weekend before?) I don't quite remember. But we can't look on the calendar for the day now, because it isn't on there, since it was changed.
