I am correcting the Word document and each time I enter a new sign, another sign gets deleted. Help!?

Your insert key is on.

ON the right side of the keyboard, there is a series of 6 buttons.

Look for "Insert", and just tap it once.

That's all.

Do u mean whilst you are typing? if so press the insert key on the right side of the keyboard once. That should do it.

You are in DEL mode. To get back to INSERT mode, find the INSERT key and press it.
