I tried to take different multi vitamins and work out but it does'nt worked at all. I think it is a big problem.

if you want to put on muscle weight drink a bottle of chocolate milk after you workout it'll increase your muscle mass by 7% if you want to fatten up eat a big bowl of chocolate icecream before you go to bed every night or anything else that's high in fat.try cheesecake too.

go to a fast food restuarant or you can start working out at a gym...yeah i like the second idea
