play with bean bags (the coloured one) in PE? Do they still make them do PE in their underwear if the forget their kit? (I mean little ones like 5 year olds). When I was at school that's what happened - terrible isn't it?

I can remember doing P.E. in my underwear as a kid, bare feet too.........how bloody cold was the floor in the hall!

Now my 6 yr old would be horrified if she had to do P.E. like this, they have a full P.E. kit now including pumps!

I work in a school...
Yes we just had a HUGE order come through for coloured bean bags (Tesco sent them to us!)
The little kids wear their underwear if they forget their kits but the older ones we lend them something..
So things dont change much!! x

no- as far i know they don't have to do PE in underwear in any age!! that's so wrong! even for 5 year olds! i feel so bad for you!! I think they do still play with the bean bags though, and a bunch of other wierd toys. (:

They still use bean bags, but too many pervs around to do it in their knickers, my god I can't believe they made us do that. How degrading, especially when the boys got to wear shorts. My daughters all wear track suits to PE, they wear them on days when they have PE, it is a school track suit.
