and having trouble sourcing models,but plenty of success with the customers due to previous work. Has anyone set up an agency before and know the best way to start promoting to recruit potential models?

Sounds like advertising may be your best bet...like the want adds. I have a few friends that landed work doing it but not employers. So they saw what the employer was looking for. Well, good luck with it. I hope you are successful. :)

Nah cant help ya with that ... BUT! I can stunt double Howard Stern.. Ozzy Osbourne or Alice Cooper very easily (not kidding LOL.. i've been confused for all of em in reno and vegas before.. even signed autographs when people didnt believe me I told em I wasnt them hahah)

I would go to the bus station and scout eastern european lovelies as they come into the country. They will be desperate fro money and looking for the big break. It is how so many got there start in Hollywood.
