He has recently discovered the enigma that is Star Wars maybe as his Godfather let him watch some of it and I gave him his own light sabre( well he wasnt having mine!) He is just shy of 2 and a half years old and all he wants to do is walk around the house with a towel on his head saying he is Darth Vader. God knows where the towel thing came from! He does do a pretty good Darth impression with a his head in a bucket-- for the voice of course! so should I let him go to the Drak Side?

let him have fun with it. given his age i would say that it is probably really cute to see and that in 20 years you'll be wishing with all your heart that he was back to the darth vader towel thingy. and you can also point out that darth vader is really aniken skywalker who is good most of the time or waas or i don't know i'm confused dang enigma's. lol

Just a shot in the dark but I bet you play SWG or did at one time. It's a good game. Anyway, I've always been a fan of sticking to what honorable and just so obviously I'd say try to turn him to the light side. It could be a learning experience for him. You know, teach him the difference in good and bad. If that doesn't work though you could always go with the bounty hunter idea that ways posted. But not like Jango Fett, he died. Or better yet he could be a smuggler like Han Solo. Everyone knows Han Solo is cool.
Side note: The light side has all the cool colored light sabers: blue, green, yellow, purple, orange, and even silver in one rare case.

No contest Vader previous college all the way.

Without doubt let him go to the dark side. Such is the prevalence of PC in the world we need another baddie, and you can never start them too young in getting in touch with the force.
Why don't you dye one of the bedsheets black and become the emperor and have his respect for time immemorial

At least he is not pretending to be Princess Leia like one of my friend's son is (around your son's age too). haha
Yeah let him go to the Dark Side! My eldest son has found the dark side too as he owns a RED lightsabre (red - his fave colour). Haha

Let him get it out of his system, common sense will prevail and you can persuade him to have a chat with Obi!
My five year old thinks he's Luke Skywalker (It's hard to tell who has the most pleasure out of fighting with lightsabres, him or my husband!) and goes around telling everyone his name is Luke (which it isn't!), he refuses to answer sometimes unless I call him Luke! George Lucas has a lot to answer for!
