I can't say for sure, but I doubt it. Wrestlers DO have to look a certain way (down to the last detail), but if you take a closer look, you can see that some of them don't shave their body hair (e.g. Scott Hall & HBK's chest hair, and some wrestlers have noticeable hair on their arms, like Bret Hart).
Oh yeah, someone mentioned A-Train; that dude's hairy all over, lol. I also just remembered George 'The Animal' Steele.

i know that John Cena and Batista shave their genitals and Carlito doesnt shave his armpits.

With the exception of A-Train (Aka Prince Albert) most of them shaved everywhere or had the hair removed permanitly.

i think they shave because it would maintain their look as a manly guy...imagine batista with hairy legs...:/ ...i wouldnt...
