Excruciating Period like pain?

I woke up in the middle of the night last night to an excruciating pain like a worse than ever before period pain. I'm not having my period at the moment and i'm not even due them. Just wondering what the hell is going on??

It could be a number of things. It is best to see your doctor, or at least call him abouit the pain.

Probably just somthing that you ate. that happens to me alll the time. and then they just go away afterwards. (( in less then 30sec))
