In any relationship, it is important for partners to show how much each cares for the other. While they choose how to do it, it does not necessarily mean they have be very explicit in their display. Over time, partners begin to understand each other, and there are ways one can just know his partner loves him. However, random acts that surprise and delight partners can keep the fires burning for a long time.

Absolutely-my partner and I have been together for 10 years and we constantly strive to show each other that they aren't taken for granted. We are still mad about each other and as much in love as we were at the start, but we are sure that is because we work on our relationship & continuously reaffirm our feelings and the importance of the other person.

Of course. A bouquet of flowers are nice once in awhile. Receiving a beautiful card in the mail is nice....even it you live together. It's the small things you do for one another that make the biggest difference.!

YES!!
I want to know that our relationship is not one that we are n just to not be alone. I want the relationship to be a good relationship and beneficial to both people in it. In a good relationship i basically say that you are entrusting each other to make each other happy. To know what you likes and dislikes are. To know how to make a bad day a good one and to know how to make you feel that you are the one they were meant to be with and that they will never hurt you(physically or emotionally) and vice versa! So again YES! I wonder if I'm a hopeless romantic!
