No. I think it should be freely available from the chemist from a doctors prescription.
Also all class A drugs dealt with in the same way. This is not because I use them or want to, but we have simply lost all grip of the drug using culture. If they were made freely available as a country we would save billions of pounds in crime waves up and down the country and also do away with the scum dealers that are terrorising our streets with prostitution and gang warfare, all of that over night would disappear.
If they want it , let them have it. Legally.

Check out the link between cannabis, foetal deformities, schizophrenia, loss of judgement, loss of concentration, and paranoia. That's even before we discuss the tolerance built up in the body leading the user to move to stronger drugs for a 'high'. So yes, I'd put it back to Class B.

I do think it should be re classified but as a prescription
drug. There are forms of eye
diseases, and cancer patients
that are assisted medically from the drug. (It's too bad that the law focuses so much on drugs,
and not on other criminal interaction.)

Why people take drugs beats me. Cannabis should be available only to those who find it useful to alleviate the suffering of a medical condition.

Why should you re classify, when you can legally smoke yourself to death...and drink alcohol until your liver shrinks away.....this argument is sheer hypocrisy, and usually pushed by people who have never seen a joint in their lives....but drink plenty of alcohol.....sheer hypocrisy
