That is terrible. It happens quite a bit so Ive heard unfortunately. I know that its unfortunate, but maybe the mother is better off without him, if hes that selfish. It could be that he will come around and he is just scared.
Being a single mother is a scary thing, but I assure you there are alot of guys that arent intimidated by women with kids and even like kids. Ive had friends that this happened too. My cousin actually got a friend pregnant, when they werent even a couple, but he visits and babysits frequently and is there for his child and thats the most important thing. It sucks if a man leaves when a woman gets pregnant, but whats important is that he is there for the child.

What kind of man? He IS NOT a man number one. A real man would not be such an immature jerk! He is selfish and a BOY! You do not want to bring a child into this world if you can't afford it or if you will have no help with it. For he will not be of any help at all. Also you have to be able to be happy with it. Can you really handle it...for life? ( I can only see this happening once in a womans life) If you don't believe you can do that there is adoption. Good luck sweetie!

A dumb one. Hang in there sweet heart there are a lot of options out there.
adoption where you could find a family willing to pay for all you prenatal and still allow you do see the baby that is an open adoption where you pick the family
You can keep the baby and he will have to pay whether he likes it or not... It will be tough but you can do it.
Then there is abortion not my vote but it is an option..
Remember there are a lot of people that would make great parents that just can't get pregnant.

He's not a man if he dumps his Girlfriend after he finds out she's pregnant. A real man would take responsibility.

One that is probably scared. Give him some time to think about it, he may come around. IF he is a proper man he will become a good father. If he is a loser you are better off without him. Any man can be a father it takes a special man to be a Dad

Condoms, Birth Control, The morning after pill, seriously, try them.
On a side note, an irresponsible asshole usually. Also if he doesn't know you even that well, can't expect him to want to stay around, watch out with who you sleep with next time.
Which leads me back to my first statement. Condoms, birth control, the morning after pill.. Yeah, if you had tried harder to make sure it didn't happen, you wouldn't be in this problem in the first place. People need to learn to take care of themselves before they even have a right to complain when something goes bad.
Now if it was someone who you thought you could trust, then that's a simple answer.
A loser who you're honestly better off without.

A wise one. Regardless of whether a girl is pregnant or not, a guy would be stupid to stay in a relationship that he does not care to be in. That could be worse for a kid to grow up with parents that dislike each other but stay together just for the kid's sake. They'll grow up and have relationship issues themselves.

If a man dumps you becouse of that he needs to wake up and see what he is losing and that if he loves you he will see that. If he doesnt then he was using you for --------- I would fine a gay that is ready for kids and I likes you for who you are.
