It's personal preference, not discrimination. I'm not into blondes either but I wouldn't go out of my way to be horrible to them.
Interesting blonde story: we had this blonde girl start at our company. Absolutely stunning, I mean model material, so we all thought must be really thick and less than stimulating conversation about 'me, me, me'. After about 2 weeks nobody had spoken to her but eventually I did. Turned out she was really nice and was only doing the job to get through summer. She was studying advanced maths or physics at a top university. So they are not all bimbos. (Just thought I'd share that).

I dont think so. Its just preference. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. If you was intentionally rude towards them then maybe. As long as yu are nice to people, you shouldnt have to justify your taste.
