Is there any religious reason that women don't usually work and aren't allowed to drive cars or go out alone or without being fully covered?

Saudi Arabia is very strict towards women ...they cannot even reveal there hands in public ...driving cars and all other things....it's just the way life is there ..hopefully i will visit it in the future..inshallah......respect!

It is impossible for someone outside the culture to know how life is for women there, without asking them directly. We can speculate about how it would be for a woman from our own (presumably Western) culture to be transplanted there and have to live as they do, but that wouldn't be the same thing at all.
It is impossible to directly experience any culture from the outside, and can lead to us making erroneous assumptions about it.
