a year ago i left my home to follow the man i love to where he got a better job,i rented my home to another couple that has had a really hard time.now i'm not happy in my relationship and i want to go back home but i don't have the heart to ask her to leave.what can i do??/

It is a hard job but you have no choice. Give them time to find a new place and tell them you will assist them in anyway to find a new place and make sure you do so. Sometimes we face unpleasant things which are required of us but if we make it less hurtful then maybe it won’t turn out that bad after all!!!

This is what happens when you live your life on feelings and not principles. You should not 'follow the man you love,' you should marry him, show you are committed to him, and remain true to him. And you rented your home out to friends because they 'have had a hard time.' Why didn't you have them sign soome sort of agreement or lease? Feelings of compassion are admirable, but you still need to follow sound business principles. It would be wrong to force them out, and with no legal contract, they could now sue you. Possession is quite important in this matter. I suggest you have them sign some sort of lease, give yourself a clause to be able to move back in with ample notice, and settle things once and for all with your Bo.

Just because you've had a change of heart doesn't mean you have the right to toss someone out that you have a rental agreement with. That would be wrong on so many levels. Do you have family you can live with?
At least you didn't SELL the house!
