Yes you can...you can even get pregnant with YOUR egg and a sperm donor too. Best thing is to go to a doctor about all of this if you're very serious about getting pregnant.

Yes you can, but you would need the correct medical advise as they can prescribe the correct drugs to prevent your body from rejecting the donor eggs.
