How can I change the kit colours of a team in FIFA06?

Also, can someone tell me how to let more teams play an international tournament? All the countries are not there. Under 'International', there is no Serbia, Angola, Costa Rica or even Netherlands! How can I enable teams other than FIFA World Cup 2006 debutants to play?
