I mean the guy looks 48 and plays like he's 65. Barely shows any emotion and looks like he could care less about winning. His freakish body allows him to do what he does, but if he ever tried more than 5 minutes at a time the Buckeyes wouldn't be down by 20 points in a half.

Yes, he will be a bust. I'm a Buckeye fan, I agree with everything you just said. I've thought he's been overhyped all season. He really needs to develop his game more, and his passion on the floor also!

He was flippin out with foul trouble, give him a break. I don't like Oden, but ARE YOU CRAZY? "Barely shows any emotion" - good. He won't get T'd up in the NBA's obsessive rules. He definitely cares - did you see that freak of nature rejection back to the student section at the end of the game? Tennessee did a great job keeping him out of the game in the 1st half, thats why they were up 20 (and they made like a gazillion threes. oden can do ABSOLUTELY nothing about threes). Oden will be a very good player in the NBA, although not a mega-star like D-Wade, LeBron, or Kobe.

Well a lot of people said that about Tim Duncan came into the league. Now he has won multiple rings and helped make the Spurs what they are today. So it is hard to tell if Oden will be a bust but regardless he should be a consistent player.

He won't be a bust becuase not only can he play well, he has a head on his shoulders that helps him think his decisions through.

Right now he realizes he is not good offensively because he has stated this. He knows staying another year at OSU will help and that's why he will most likely end up staying, developing more, and then joining the NBA.

He's a bust NOW. Played like garbage when he faced Florida earlier this year (another "OSU is sooo much better than Florida" game from the players/ESPN boys opinion shot down)
