Little Bastard is offensive to some people, not me. He's on Smackdown, and that is WWE's "family type" show. (Fridays on a non cable network, CW) So they want the name to be less offensive so they don't lose any viewers. Plus they might have been getting complaints from little people groups.

Probably too many parents complaining that their kids are saying his name and getting in trouble with using that name, so they changed it to make everyone happy.
