I haven't read many books.

I finished the book "Jumper" by Steven Gould, i really like it.

I also like Michael Crichton.

I am looking for a book that has a science fiction aspect to it,
but not a completely far out fantasy world with aliens and stuff.

Famous authors or books are ok because I just started reading recently.

Any suggestions?

Margaret Atwood is amazing. Try "The Handmaid's Tale." It's probably one of my favorite books I've ever read. I reccomend it to everyone who asks me for a good book!

well you see science fiction? i dunno but if you want a book thats really good id tell you to read Harry Potter books, because although it's very fiction, if you like magic or anything mind bogling then you should enjoy it. i know i couldnt put the book down at all..but start from number one you wont be dissapointed..
