and have certian guidelines to follow before bring kids into the world? I do realise how socialist this sounds but I'm sick of stupid people that insist on breeding and BREEDING AND BREEDING. Stupid being the key word. Example, having a bunch of kids and living in an abusive situation... What do you think? Children should be cherished and if you don't have it together should you really be havin' a litter of kids?!

they do have parenting classes, they made my sister and her husband take classes after thier 2nd was born because my sis got arrested for domestic violence in front of a minor... some people like her should have been required to take the classes with that first positive pregnancy test at the docs... some people really don't get it.. and this is definitely no offense to all those great parents out there!! ♥

I totally agree.. not only do they get brought up in an abusive enviroment they learn how to "MILK" the welfare system..which is one of the biggests drags on the federal budget..then a few years down they road they start breeding..Its one big visious circle.. you want to fix social security??? fix this and there will be more money than we need right there.

Some people should be sterilized and not allowed to have kids, people who have lots of kids and live off the state, it's hard enough supporting your own kids without having to support others who are too lazy to work.

I was raised within a dysfunctional setting, until the State had taken me out of it, and if one thing I had walked away from all of it is that "They" had taught me NOT what to do.
But, I agree, some parents should enroll in classes.

i've often wondered why you need a license to breed animals (at least in australia anyway), but not humans. i can see how it can be construed as eugenic, considering our biological purpose is to perpetuate the species... but i kind of agree. not everyone is capable of taking care of children, it's a huge responsibility. it isn't fair that kids can be brought up by people who are entirely unfit to be parents.

I feel that there are people that need to take these classes and i also believe that it comes natural to most people to parent children. I don't believe that people should have kids if they are not willing to give their all when they do.♥

You sure did, you're gonna get a bunch of nastys on this one, but I, for one agree whole heartedly. But I think we should first test them on their knowledge of reproduction. Half of them don't even begin to understand what causes or makes babies. That's one reason we have so many aborted children. Accidents! HELLO!!!!!
