The odd word is "stamp" because to deliver a letter carried on a horse back, one does not need a stamp.

Horse has only one meaning.
The others have at least two:
Post a letter, Lamp post.
Postage stamp, Stamp your foot.
Write a letter, Letter of the alphabet.
