I found her most unhelpful. Last year we bought a wardrobe system, the only thing not available at the time were the doors, but we bought them just the same. We were told they would be in within 14 days (2 days before Xmas) but after many checks on their web site via Anna no doors were shown to be in stock, in fact we were told by Anna several times that no products matched our search. I then had to phone Ikea direct only to be told that the web site is unreliable and not updated regularly. We ended up having to buy alternative doors, as the ones we wanted were still unavailable up to a few weeks ago!

In Ikea they have a Shelf storage system called 'Nob'. - So that's the only shop you can go into and ask the assistant to wheel your Nob to the car because it's too heavy.
