Is it a two door Saxo or with four doors. I use to have a two doors VTS saxo and the Jack was under the back seat

Check under the back seat. If not found search behind the luggage compartment or under it. It can also be behind the external edge of the boot (from the inside).

its inside the spare wheel!! if you look in your boot to the left you will see your wheel brace. in the centre towards the rear lhere is a large screw that can be undone with the wheel brace and like magic the spare wheel will drop from under the car
