I dont know the address but you could buy the felt at a fabric/ craft shop and you can get bondweb (i think thats what its called but the people at the fabric shop will help you there) which is like a sheet of dry glue on paper and you follow the instructions. It gives really good results. Or there is always iron on transfer paper.
