Polly Draper is very much alive
Polly Draper (born June 15, 1955) is an American actress.
Draper was born in Gary, Indiana.[1] She received her B.A. in 1977 from Yale University and M.F.A. in 1980 from the Yale School of Drama. She first became known for her role as Ellyn Warren in the cult television show, thirtysomething, earning a best supporting actress nomination at the 1988 Emmy Awards.
Around this time, in 1989, she appeared on The Arsenio Hall Show, where she met jazz pianist Michael Wolff.
They married, and had two children: Alex Wolff and Nat Wolff. She wrote and produced The Tic Code, which is about Tourette's syndrome; a condition from which her husband suffers.Polly also produced the film The Naked Brothers Band featuring her two children.

I think that Alex and Nat's mother is still alive. She helped produce their movie and TV series the naked brothers band. Her name is Polly Draper.
