even if you call an ambulance if you are under 18 and not an emancipated minor your parents can refuse to allow you to go to the er and the er cannot treat you with out the permission of your parents. your only hope would be to call the police and file and claim child neglect and maybe they will take you in to protective custody but of course this is a very serious charge and will have many repercussions

You seem to be in a panic, before you continue reading you should sit down and breath to calm yourself down a bit. Panic kills more people then anything else. Besides, I don't remember ever hearing of someone dieing from a injured arm(unless it was blown off). Listen if I have the story right, that you were carrying a TV and slipped on a wet floor you likely didn't dislocate your shoulder. A dislocated shoulder turns all sorts of colors and believe me you'd know you could pretty much grab the skin holding your arm on and see the space between your shoulder and arm. I don't advise doing that though as it may hurt quiet a bit. The arm would be hanging only by the skin and your arm would not be able to move at all. I would bet you pulled one or several muscles in your arm. As far as one arm being lower then the other that's common among kids who are still growing. I had a friend in the Marine Corps. who caught a tow missile launcher with one arm when someone knocked it over. The thing weighed a few hundred pounds. He pulled every muscle in his left arm and it was limp for a few days and sore for a about a month. If you have indeed pulled your muscles a doctor can't do anything about that. If it has a hair line fracture which is also possible all a doctor will tell you to do is put hot water on it. When I wrecked a four wheeler into a barbwire fence and fractured my forearm that's exactly what they said to do. In either case fractured, dislocated, or pulled muscle it won't kill you tonight and if the pain is still really bad tomarrow then speak with your mother about it.

Oh my goodness!
You have a choice of ringing an ambulance as other have quite rightly suggested, or sneak off to a neighbours house.
The other option is speak to your parents, and tell them that if they refuse to let you seek medical attention, that the Child Protection Services will deem their actions as negligent. So they have the choice of taking you to Emergency Dept, or call an ambulance.
In the mean time try to support your arm and shoulder, with a sling, you can use a belt, with the belt buckle done up to the last notch closest to the end of the belt. Place over your neck, and slip your wrist into the loop of the belt, you may need to adjust to your comfort. Also apply an ice pack wrapped in tea towel to your shoulder, to reduce the swelling.
It is very important that you seek medical attention, especially if your shoulder is dislocated, due to possible nerve damage etc.
Do you have a change in colour of skin from one arm to the other, and does the arm of the sore shoulder feel colder to touch? If so show this to your parents.
I have assisted in the First Aid of a young man you had clearly dislocated his shoulder. His arm was colder to touch, and had slightly blue finger tips, apart from the obvious deformity, he was in quite some discomfort.

i think you should show your mum, if she does nothing call an ambulance.
if you call 911 explain the situation to them and tell them your parents wont get you medical attention, what they are doing is a type of neglect. it is very wrong. go to the neighbours. Ask if you can ring a friend. make any excuse you need otherwise you could cause nerve damage if it's not treated

You need to seek medical attention right away. Call 911 or report to your local emergency room.
