What is the difference between standing tickets and general admssion tickets ?

Hi every one, I want to book standing tickets for a show at wembley stadium and I can find either standing or general admission tickets. Could you please tell me what is the difference and which one I should go for?

Standing seats are fixed seats without backs but are good for standing on. General admission seats are flop-down seats with backs.
