Some have more masculine testosterone influences in their genes than others.
It only means they are 'bushier' in their JEANS than others, and cunilingus is a bit more difficult, but it has no bearing on their capacity as a female!

Facial (and also body) hair on women comes about in the same way as on men because of

1) the body being sensitized, before birth, to testosterone -- doesn't happen to all girls, but does to many
and
2) the body producing high levels of testosterone

The growth rate and coarseness of the hair depends on just how much testosterone is circulating in the bloodstream.

It varies considerably with ethnic background. Most Native-American Indian males can't grow a moustache. Most women from the Indian sub-continent can grow a moustache.

i would have 2 say there is a hormone called estergin it will vary from girl2girl, the estergin gives women there femine features such as hair growth,voice and there menstrul cycle,much like what toesterone does for men.aka hairy bodys,aggeresion,deep voice.
