what the heck you may need a little more clear for your next question but the reson why the air is clearer after rain is because the rain washes all the dust particles out af the air or did you want to hear i can see all the obsticals in my way either way i gave you both

Yes you can, and that is because the rain has cleared all the smoke, dust etc out of the air while it was falling, so the air is now cleaner than before.
I'm assuming that's what you wanted, rather than you just randomly posting pointless song lyrics.
