The only solution you can use is Rubbing alcohol to remove any kind of Ink stain, just pour on a small amount of rubbing alcohol and rub lightly until stain has lightened and use a white only cloth while doing this procedure, Then when lightened you can use a small amount of dishwashing detergent or baby shampoo added to a little water and rub lightly to remove all traces of ink and rubbing alcohol then just blot dry and allow to air dry away from heat and sunlight. Good Luck !

Methylated Spirits removes INK& GRASS stains ,but I would rather suggest you take garment to the dry cleaners before using anything we suggest here, suede is rather hard to clean . You can buy special brushes and pad for cleaning suede even if it is imitation

I worked in the dry cleaning business, and nothing would budge a permanent marker. You may try steam, industrial strenght steam, but still its permanent so i wouldnt expect it to budge.
