How do i find Proxies - Using tools as ProxyHunter, SYN, SuperScan etc.?

Hey guys. Just need a little help with this. I currently, on good days get 10-20 HTTPS Elite and SOCKS proxies a day.

But i need more ^^

I need to know, Whats the best IP Ranges or ways to get good IP ranges to scan. What time to scan what ranges and stuff. Maybe even a tutorial and stuff of it.

Oh and no WebProxies or Anonymity Software thanks, Just Ranges and Info :D
