i go everytime i really need to know something or to get a heads up on a certain situation. i never regreted my readings. although one time i went i thought i wasted my money cause she told me everything i already knew but u know sometimes u just want to hear it from somebody else to make sure its the right thing to do.

my bf went (she is the one who turned me on to the lady) and she told her some terrible news about something that was gonna happen to her brother and sad to say it all happened within that yr. she has never been bk.

Here are a few suggestions for going to a psychic:

Check your area for a New Age store. If they offer psychic readings, make sure the people there who are doing the readings are qualified. And what I mean by that is: Usually the new age shop will check them out and make sure they are authentic and not someone who might take advantage of you. Certainly there are many skeptics and we too must have a bit of skepticism, however, when you do find someone you trust then you can open yourself up to the experience. That means don't have any expectations.
Most places you go to will charge about 15-20 dollars for a 15 minute reading. This can vary depending on where you go. The reading can be longer, maybe an hour or so.
The other aspect of this is: No reading, No psychic, and NO person is 100 percent right all the time. No matter what comes up in the reading, it isn't set in stone because you are creating your own reality and so you can change anything at any time. Never pay any extra money and if they tell you you have to pay anything extra for a healing or blessing, just say no thanks.
Lastly, if you really would like more information or help finding a psychic in your area, I can help you with that--regardless of whether my answer gets picked the best or not. And if you do want a reading, seriously, just e-mail me through yahoo answers and I'll "read" you for free. I know there are things you wish to discuss.

Focus this is important. There is no such thing as a reliable psychic. Nobody can see the future or your past life. What you will regret is not getting enough education to know that superstition is foolish. You want a bright future improve your educational standing and get a better job. You want better relationships be the best you that you can be and you will attract a better class of person that will treat you with the respect and dignity you deserve. See a psychic and you will regret one thing totally and that is the waste of money on something so foolish.

I've had some good experiences and not so good ones, so it depends on who you talk to. For the most part I got through some really tough times consulting them. Have what you want to ask ready with follow up questions and make them stay on the subject some might try and venture off. I actually thought one was totally off but come to find out she was right about some things that I couldn't see at that time but was actually glad I didn't. If you go to far into detail or the future you might lose them, it depends. Allow them to do all the talking but respond if there on point with what there saying. Ask something you already no like your relationship with your best friend or what kind of career you're seeking to test out there knowledge before getting on to what you really want to know. Don't ask what you don't want to hear or be prepared either way because you're most likely not going to hear all positive things I didn't, but it was what I needed to hear.

the first one i went to see i regretted immediately..... but only cos she didn't tell me what i wanted to hear!!...i wanted her to tell me i had met the love of my life and we would live happily ever after ....i found out about 6 months later that she was very accurate in what she told me

so i don't actually regret that at all now, she was right and i was wrong !!!!

i should have listened to her

we shouldn't just expect to be told what we want to hear, the truth sometimes hurts

but a true psychic will never tell you anything so bad that it is devastating to you

don't be afraid of seeing one

since my first experience i have seen several psychics and i haven't regretted any of them, there was just one that wasn't very good, she just didn't tell me alot, but she told my friend loads though

ask people if they can recommend one or find one locally in your local newspaper, try and find out about them before you go and see them

if you are not happy with the reading or you don't think you have been told anything substantial then tell them, a genuine psychic will try and tell you more not limit you to a certain time

when you do get to see one, relax, don't worry, don't expect to be told your whole life story, don't tell them anything about yourself

you might not realise the accuracy of what they say for some time, its when you look back and you think OMG !! they were right

i would advise against using the internet for psychic readings, anyone can set a website up and sound convincing, make sure you see someone face to face

and get a recording, most of them give you a tape of the reading now, then you can listen to it afterwards cos its amazing how much you forget they tell you

good luck x

YES. I know you can't believe them too much. sometimes it is fun. Sometimes they are right but some of them think they are so absolutely correct and they never account for their blunders kinda like the famous sylvia brown who has been very wrong and she is very very expensive but I never seen her.

For fun there are many different types like palm readers, tarrot card readers, some read tea leaves in a tea cup, I like Buddhist monk forturne tellers they have a book and go by what day you were born. If you live in a big city you can find some good ones.

some psychic are kwl but its very important at the end of the day to know they are just people and not always rite.

when i was 15 my mom and i want to a psychic who told her that she needs to watch out for me as i would be entering a ''rebellious'' stage in my life. this quack predicted that i would fall pregnant with in the year, drop out of school and waste my life away on drugs.

so as i said, psychics are cool, but dont take what they say to heart, they are in the entertainment business as far as i am concerned.

Yeah...how about you send me a $20 and I'll predict that you're a little less wealthy. It's a scam and they prey on the naive and those prone to suggestion. They'll give you an answer where you can fill in the holes and whammo! Amazingly accurate predictions!
