I totally agree with you hindu4...
And yes this is murder and I would suppose treason to a British citizen.
Don't even joke about things like this please.
If there are any killers out there, go and get Kim Jong Il and all the old former Nazis and the head of militias and that damn Bin Laden....
I would do it but I am a Christian and I am being sinful even wishing death on all the above.

If you're trying to assert that America is still a British colony, it ain't working. America is proud and independent, yet we have friendly ties to the "motherland."
and no, it's not treason. it's simply murder, specifically regicide. it would be like killing any other person from another country; although the main difference would be a lot more angry people.

It's murder, not treason. Treason is the crime of disloyalty to one's nation. A person who betrays the nation of their citizenship and in some way willfully cooperates with an enemy, is considered to be a traitor.

Why in the world would you ask such a question?
It's murder...isn't that bad enough....and it would appear to be premeditated since you are asking in advance....careful you don't do it in Texas...we have the death penalty for such things....and I think we just put in an express lane in anticipation of people like that....

Indeed, it IS! The specific offence, of killing the Monarch, (male OR female), is called "REGICIDE", - and, - like NO other form of MURDER, - it IS one, that is considered "TREASONOUS", - and, therefore, - even, though, it was ABOLISHED, in 1969, - such an act CAN, - and, SHOULD, (like ALL premeditated MURDER should), - carry a MAXIMUM PENALTY of DEATH BY HANGING!

i wouldn't say it was treason but it would actually be regicide and it would earn you and all your family a visit from the sas to halt your bloodline in its tracks

Only if you are English. Otherwise it's an international inncedent or something along those lines. It can only be treason if it's your head of state.
