If you have not asked them to supply advertising or have not contracted in any way to pay for advertising then tell them to send their invoice to the trading standards office where you have recently had a conversation about them. Also send a copy to the fraud squad at the local police station where you have also discussed their tactics. That might get them off your back.

slightly daft, properly all of them although the telephone and the sunshine buld have been daft so hav a flow. i might purely prefer to work out the taliban set fireplace to a minimum of one, a gret comedy comic strip. Even extra effective write one and sell to to the little britian or monty python group (type ingredient)

doesn't matter what company they are if you have said no to adverising then don't back down and pay anything let alone give them any of your bank details!
