Yes definitely. Most mammals are very similar to each other in their reproductive systems.

Dolphins do have nipples, but you cannot see them just by simply looking at them. However, their nipples are concealed inside of mammary slits. These slits can be seen on either side of a female's urogenital opening. (By the way, these mammary slits are the only external dimorphism that dolphins and whales exhibit.) Even though the mother is nursing, she still needs to maintain her fusiform, torpedo shape.

When the calf wants to nurse, it sticks the top part of it's rostrum into the slit; the mom knows the baby wants to nurse and she actually does the work by contracting muscles around the mammary gland. The milk squirts out alot like a water gun.

Somewhat similar to us terrestrial mammals, but still a very neat adaptation for being a mammal in an aquatic environment.

All mammals except the monotremes have nipples. Dolphins are mammals and not monotremes so they have nipples, they feed their young with milk. If you could catch and milk a dolphin you could make dolphin cheese but I think you will find it easier to use a cow or a goat.

Yes, the mother dolphin does have nipples:

The baby dolphin nurses from its mother through two nipples located in the mother's lower belly, near her sex organs. The baby nurses underwater by pressing on the nipples, which spurt milk into its mouth. The baby has no lips with which to suck, so it must nurse by pressing down.

Yes, dolphin females do have nipples. The young calves nurse from them, just like human babies do their mothers.
