I use a Lexmark All-In-One printer with black 16, and Color 26 cartridges. The other day, for some stupid reason, I went to peel off the stickers which had allready been peeled off. So, I peeled off the metal circuitry-looking covers that are supoosed to stay on. So, they're goners, right? Is there a way to still use them?

You can try to re glue them but I'd give it only a 1% or 2% chance of ever working again.

Chances are that the cartidges can't be used anymore, especially if any part of the circuits has been broken. If the circuits are still intact, you can try using very thin two-sided tape to tape them back onto the cartridge. First stick the tape of the cartridge and then press the circuit onto the tape.

no, the circuitry is what makes the cartridge work

Please don't try to tape them together, I high level of current passes through those cartridges, you will be creating a serious fire hazard.

NOT A CHANCE, once you touch the copper contact, it goes useless. Expensive lesson learned. LOL
