Customs has an official website www.cbec.gov.in which you can visit. Further, for carrying out Customs clearance activity, the department appoints Customs House Agents (CHAs). You must become the same. For this you must qualify for an exam conducted for the purpose by the Department. Among the eligibility conditions important is you must have an ID card issued by a working CHA. For more details in this regard you can visit any of the CHAs having their offices mostly around international airports and sea ports.
