Im watching it not and its so Bad. Everyday the guests get worst and worst and more commen. The things they come up with are awful and why would you air you dirty secrets on national TV.Do you guys think its real or know anyone who has actually been on the show. I know there was a scandel with the vanessa show and tricia and fake guests a few years ago but i just wondered about Jeremy Kyle. Any Ideas?

I dont think its faked, but there must be a bias in who they choose to come on. Who makes a better story - people sitting down calmly or two women screaming and shouting and having a cat fight?! That probably explains why they are getting more common. Plus, as you say, it takes a certain kind of person to want to go on and air their secrets anyhow.
I must say though - I love it!

I'm not sure to be honest, but the people on it are an absolute joke , I definately think tricia is fake but I switched jeremy kyle one day and seen a guy who was a heroin addict and used to come into my work so I know some of the guest are real at least! Why dont they just discuss it thereselves or go to counselling instead!

...I'm thinking that these people probably get paid a nominal amount. I know they get put up in a hotel 'cos he's made references to it (guests have trashed their rooms or been kicked out the hotel) And seeing that most of them are on some kind of benefit I'm assuming they need the dosh. So in answer to your question, who knows. A guy that delivered my mums sofa said that his son's girlfriends mother was on there, so maybe some are and some aren't!

I think he is awful, all that insincere indignation and fake sympathy for people who just want their 5 minutes of fame, and he makes a packet. Someone I know went on there,and they are now so embarrassed by what her partner said, they can't hold their head up. Where is the glory in that! In fact they over-exagerated their story and have now broken up because of the lies and gossip about it all.

cmon, just LOOK at them you can't fake that. trouble is, it gives such a bad impression of the population. I know that Matt Lucas and David Walliams (Little Britain) got their Vicky Pollard from watching shows like Kyle and Tricia.
Only thing i can't understand is why someone hasn't laid Kyle out yet!

I don't think so, but he does get some right crackers, goodness knows what plannet the flew in from, because they are dogs, no I love dogs, they are the lowest form of society, basket cases, they seem to love airing their dirty laudry on national TV, they have no shame.

I've known people on jeremy kyle, I know.. not a good claim to fame lol but no, it's not faked.. They're all really that thick and stupid!

I think he is genuine, of course you are going to see people, for our entertainment, after all they are getting free travel, accommodation etc, gives them something to do but on the other hand you get people who are desperate and need genuine help.

Well I had a friend who went on Trisha with her brother because he was saying his ex wont let him see the baby - and they went on there just for a joke, none of it was even true.
Not that Trisha knew that.
