The easiest way is to masturbate at the testing lab. If you truly cannot do that for some reason, then masturbate while wearing a condom. When you have ejaculated inside the condom simply slide it off, tie the end like a ballon, and keep it warm by placing it inside your underwear. Transport it quickly...less than 30 minutes... to the testing lab and hand it over to the lab receptionist as your semen sample. Don't be embarrassed at all, they see this stuff all the time. It's not a turn on or problem for them at all.

you can place your semen in a cup at home and take it to the lab, you just have to keep it warm until you get it there
